28 Aug Study Abroad Essential!
Packing for a semester abroad was stressful to say the least, but there have been some great essentials I’m glad I made room for in my suitcase.
In France (and I believe in most of Europe) Supermarkets, pharmacies and other non clothing/home stores will charge you for bags. Smart for them, annoying for us! I keep this Baggu in my tote at all times. It is the handiest thing, plus it’s light and folds up small. It saves me money at the stores and is great for picking up little things from all the vendors at the market. Plus all the French carry their own bags, so it makes me look totally Parisian … well maybe that’s a stretch, but it’s definitely stylish!
I got mine in this mint color from J Crew, but the Bagu website has them in a ton of different colors and patterns. Best $9 Mama Bear has ever spent on me? I think so.
